Studied visual design, interpersonal communication and intercultural studies. Participated in leadership and honors activities, such as captain of the volleyball team and newspaper editor.
Spanish Language Development
Gained fluency while immersing myself in Spanish culture in Seville. Developed a fascination with the concept of linguistic relativity that inspired my undergraduate research; the language we speak influences the way we perceive the world.
AmeriCorps Fellow
Applied my communication skills to participate in the ongoing mission to break the cycle of homelessness in southern California.
MSc Psychology of Mental Health
Expanded my understanding of mental health through my studies and volunteer activities as a well-being housing coordinator and intergenerational support companion in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Psychology Author and Media Specialist
Utilized my passion for psychology to create and code educational content. Ideated a research methods simulator to help students master the process.
French Language Development
Moved to Quebec, Canada to immerse myself in a new culture and become fluent in French.

A utility app to help users reduce screen time. Features: filters to customize activity suggestions and scheduled notifications.

Inspired by my work with homeless populations and intercultural curiosity, I moved to Edinburgh, Scotland. This program, alongside my volunteer activities as a well-being housing coordinator and intergenerational support companion, helped me reframe my understanding of well-being. I no longer viewed it as simply the absence of a diagnosis, but as thriving, flourishing.
